More changes are coming for renters!

We’re currently just in Phase 1 of the implementation of the Renters’ Rights Act.

Further changes are coming, with the introduction of a PRS Database and PRS Landlord Ombudsman from late 2026, and a new Decent Homes Standard for the private rented sector in 2035 or 2037.
